Madison Weiss

Madison Weiss is a graduate of Chapman University in Orange, California, where she earned a Bachelors of Music Instrumental Performance with an Emphasis in Piano and a Minor in Music Business in May, 2024, studying under Dr. Grace Fong at the MUSCO Conservatory at Chapman. Miss Weiss began her piano studies at the age of 4 with her mother, then transferred to Irina Gorin of Carmel, Indiana, and stayed under Mrs. Gorinā€™s tutelage from ages 7-17. During that 10 year period, Madison won many piano awards and honed her skill enjoying the competitions, the stage, and serving in church.

Throughout her career, Madison has studied with both national and international pedagogues, such as the following: Baruch Meir, Vlada Vassilieva, Eduardo Delgado, amongst others. Miss Weiss has won both national and international awards over the years, such as the Northern Lights Piano Festival Liszt Repertoire Category-Gold Prize 1st Place in 2023 (Sweden), the California Association of Professional Music Teachers Piano Competition-2nd place in 2023, the Music Teachersā€™ Association of California Piano Competition-1st place and many more.

Miss Weiss is headed to Claremont Graduate University in August for graduate work with Dr. Jenny Soonjin Kim where she will begin her masterā€™s degree in piano performance.

In addition to performing and competing, Madison enjoys teaching and looking forward to sharing her knowledge and love for piano with students at Musika Studio.
