Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson began playing electric guitar at 8 years of age. In high school and junior college, his bands won battle of the bands competitions and would play gigs locally. At 22, he was accepted to the classical guitar program at CSU Fullerton, where he received his Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees under the instruction of Martha Masters, Andrew York and Vladimir Gorbachev. In the summer of 2014, Andrew studied and performed extensively in Europe at various guitar festivals and music academies with Judicael Perroy, Gabriel Bianco, and Florian Larousse. Andrew has performed in masterclasses with many of the world’s premiere guitarists and brings the knowledge gained from them into his playing and the teaching he offers his students.
